First off, in one of my recent posts I blogged about my bil. Well, he sent something on Saturday for me to get on Monday...but he ended up getting it back on Monday for not having enough postage! He called to apologize, but I got a good laugh! So on Friday when I got back from out of town, it was in the mail waiting for me. He gave me an awesome talking card with the guy from the office. He was talking about using reverse psychology. It was HILARIOUS!! I am a big fan of the office and that kind of humor! Also, he gave me a g/c to Caribou Coffee! YUM!!!! He was very thoughtful, and I think the oops on postage made it all the better!
On Thursday I got a call from a really good friend of my sisters. She is closer to my age, and is a real sweetheart! She left me a really nice message wishing me a great birthday and a year filled with joy, that was so sweet of her to think of me!!
So one of my best friends stopped by Friday night to deliver me a basket of goodies! It was so thoughtful! She included a HUGE box of Ghirardelli chocolates, some cappuccino, a candle, and a really nice journal. She is such a great friend and has really been there for me over the years, her friendship is a gift in itself!
