My sister actually apologized for not giving Dave and I something, but just gifts for our baby. Later on our way back, Dave and I were talking and he said that "I bet that those gifts meant so much cause you've been waiting so long to receive those kinds of items." I said, yeah, I've been waiting 7 years!! So, those gifts were more than gifts, they were answered prayers.
Happy New Year to everyone! Sometimes this holiday can be hard, especially when we look back over our year and see that we are still waiting for those prayers to be answered. I challenge all of us to not look back, but to look forward to 2011 with a renewed hope in the Lord! Blessings!
